HAVANA - 3nights

Day 1: Welcome to Havana! After clearing immigrations and customs, our airport representative lead you to your driver who will transfer you to a private house in the heart of the historic center. *Light lunch and meet and greet with your concierge. *Get your feet wet with an afternoon orientation walk. Later that evening, celebrate your arrival with a welcome dinner at a private restaurant. (*For morning arrivals)

Day 2: Meet with with our local expert guide and walk in the footsteps of Havana's colonial past visiting the four key squares of Old Havana. Lunch at a private paladar in the heart of the historic center. Then you will have the opportunity to see masterpieces of the Cuban architecture before and after 1959 with our architecture expert guide by a classic open top vintage car. Hidden away among fishing shacks on the Jaimanitas river you'll discover a gret restaurant for dinner. A fish and superb sushi-based menu is offered by the family of fishermen who own the restaurant and catch the fish daily. Pasta options are served for those who don't wish to eat fish

Day 3: Our journey continues to Viñales for a day trip to explore the unique geology and nature of the Viñales valley with a trip on an underground river and an exploration of caves and the famous Mogotes. Lunch will be in a traditional wooden house on a hill overlooking the picturesque valley. Cooked on an open fire enjoy a traditional Cuban meal before setting off on the walking tour. Your guide, a native of the valley, will take you into the heart of the lush countryside, explaining the history of tobacco growing as you walk. You'll visit the tobacco plantations where they still plough with Oxen, see the famous drying houses and have a tobacco farmer show you how to roll a cigar. If you fancy you can also smoke one! Comfortable shoes for walking are advised. Arrive to Havana just before dinner at a cuban family restaurant who has 15 years' experience running this business in a glassy modernist home on the sea front of Havana.

SANTA CLARA - 1nights

Day 4: This morning we depart for Santa Clara. After checking at your private house we'll get together a Santa Clara city tour with our local expert guide. Evening meeting with artists from the Saiz Brothers Association of Villa Clara to discuss political expression through alternative art and music. Pre-dinner drinks at a new cafe that pays homage to Santa Clara's and Cuba's revolutionary process with photos, old uniforms and other ephemera lovingly curated by the owner.

TRINIDAD - 2nights

Day 5: Our journey continues to Trinidad. Meet with our expert native guide who will explain you the history of the town while visiting its architecture highlights, you will have also insight into its fascinating history in the colonial era, and during the years after the Revolution. Check in and home-cooked and locally sourced lunch at your host's home, La Casona. Afternoon tour of the local sugar plantations to understand the slave history in relation to the sugar industry. Dinner at a local restaurant and live music at Casa de La Trova.

Day 6: Today you'll leave from Trinidad onto the Escambray mountains. If you prefer trekking our nature specialist will lead you along some different trails, you will be able to decide the distance and level of difficulty of the hike/walk. However if you are more of horseriding it will be a challenging ride but the horses are bred for mountain trekking. Bird watching and opportunity for swimming at the waterfall make this a must for nature lovers. We make a halt at a local 'casa del campesino' to have cuban typical lunch before returning. Relaxing afternoon at Playa Ancon. Special Dinner at a local restaurant and live music at Casa de La Musica.

CAMAGUEY - 1nights

Day 7:This morning set off for Camaguey, where we'll meet our local guide for a city with a very peculiar layout through a lovely ride on a classic 1950´s american car, Camaguey has an intriquing architectural history. Our expert guide, will show you some of the best examples and hidden places. Dinner at a classic private restaurant located in the centre of the architectural Church and Hospital of St. John of God.

SANTIAGO DE CUBA - 2nights

Day 8: Depart this morning for Santiago de Cuba, stopping along the way in the the second city founded by the Spanish, Bayamo. This particular town had great importance during the independence of the island, Bayamo is the home town of some of Cuba´s most significant heroes. Our local guide will take to to the house in which Carlo´s Manuel de Céspedes was born (Currently a museum) as he explains the rich historyof this province. We arrive in Santiago de Cuba after dinner

Day 9: Meet with our local expert and visit the main historical and cultural places of the urban historic center of the city, which was declared National Monument on October 10, 1978. Visit the Moncada Barracks and its museum of July 26, the Revolution Square and other historical, religious and cultural sites and enjoy a sit in the Céspedes Park. Also included a visit to the Rum museum and The Emilio Bacardi museum. Lunch at a beautifull small paladar in the center of the historic center. After lunch visit Santa Efigenia Cemetery , declared National Monument since 1937, that keeps the story of heroes, troubadours and other illustrious locals; and where the mausoleum of Fidel Castro Ruz and also our Apostle Jose Marti is located and the honor guard shift ceremony takes place every day. Enjoy the sunset from the most complete and the most preserved example of Spanish-American military architecture in Cuba, The Morro Castle or the San Pedro de la Roca Castle, declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1997. After dinner live music at Casa de La Trova

GUARDALAVACA / HOLGUIN - 3nights

Day 10: Early breakfast and depart to Guardalavaca beach in Holguin, stopping at the historic center of Holguin for a city tour with our local expert guide. Before continue to your hotel at Guardalavaca beach.

Day 11-12:Relaxing days at this idyllic beach. Swing in a hammock overlooking the beach or get a massage in a cliffside hut.

Day 12: If you prefer to keep you active you could do a day trip to the birthplace of Fidel Castro and Raul Castro at Biran, to see the farm that commemorates the history of the Castro's family.

HAVANA - last night

Day 13: Morning transfer will take you to the airport Frank País Airport in Holguin from which you fly back to Havana. Check-in and relaxing afternoon at Hotel Kempinski's pool and SPA. This night you will have a farewell dinner and to visit some of Havana´s newest and hottest privatly owned bars with our nightlife guide.

Day 14: After breakfast, bid farewell to Cuba and board your departure flight.
