First let me say you made a very good choice in having Varinia be our concierge assistant during our visit to Havana. She was a breath of fresh air to us all, always ready to help in any way possible. She is very good at her job and we really enjoyed her company. Our trip to Cuba was great. You did a very good job in planning for our 4 day stay (next time it will be longer) making it possible for a full day each of the days we were there. The tours were very educational and enjoyable. The tour through old Havana, the Mob tour, the Hemingway tour, the revolution museum, the cave and nature tour and the 3 top art studio tours, all in transportation of 3 vintage convertibles cars were superb. And all of these private tours were led by very knowledgeable English speaking guides. The restaurants for lunch and evening meals that you selected were top notch. We even went to one of them twice, enjoying the food as much as the great service. Last but not least was the very very nice Hostal Madero B&B in the middle of old Havana. What an experience!! We all loved it and would stay there again in a heart beat. The staff was very professional and friendly making our stay a lot of fun. The rooms were more than we expected with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. We were very lucky to have been able to come to Cuba in spite of the new US directive that came down, forbidding private travel to Cuba, during our planning stages. To your credit you made it all happen when I thought it was not to be. Thanks for all your effort Fernando, you did a great job and I would highly recommend you and your company for a visit to Cuba."
